The Museum is the perfect place to bring your group for an outing. We welcome all groups to The Museum! Evening and weekend tours are available to fit your needs.

Have a guide meet you to take you through pre-selected galleries per your group’s request, or let us show you The Museum’s highlights to get an overview our diverse collections! 

Self-guided visits can also be arranged. Generally these visits are acceptable for groups of no more than 30 visitors. Self-guided tours must take place during regular Museum hours. To be eligible for the group rate, self-guided visits must be pre-arranged.

For grades k-8 we ask that you bring one adult for every 10 students. For grades 9-12 we ask that you bring one adult for every 20 students. All chaperones must stay with their group while rotating through The Museum galleries. Behavior of your group while at The Museum is the responsibility of your group chaperones.

Sketching with small pads (9x11 inches or smaller) is permitted with pencils only, and only in permanent-collection galleries.

Cost

Child:  $5 Museum, $5 Planetarium, $10 for both

Group Leader:  Free for Museum and/or Planetarium

Extra Adults: $6 Museum, $6 Planetarium, $12 for both
