Explore Nature and Art at The Reading Public Museum! —Nature My Muse

Suggested donation of $5 per participant

This public event will include activities provided by The Reading Public Museum, Berks Nature, as well as other community partners all to be centered on the ideas and concepts of Nature and Art! Come out for a fun filled day of Nature Journaling, creating kindness rocks, and even trying your hand at scientific drawings and plein air painting.

Get inspired by Nature at Berks Nature! —Nature My Muse

Now is your chance to be inspired by nature and art in a different setting! Draw inspiration from the nature around you at Berks Nature as you create a nature journal, paint kindness rocks, and try your hand at scientific drawings and plein air painting. This program is a public event and will be presented by The Reading Public Museum, Berks Nature, as well as other community partners.

Become a Citizen Scientist at Berks Nature! —Goin’ Buggy for Community Science

This public event will include activities provided by The Reading Public Museum, Berks Nature, as well as other community partners all designed to engage the whole family in citizen science! Learn about Macroinvertebrates, take part in the great sunflower project, and learn about how bees pollinate!

Suggested donation of $5 per participant

This public event will fuel you inner scientist as you participate in global Citizen Scientist projects such as The Great Sun Flower Project. Learn how bees pollinate and what kind of macroinvertebrates live in the protected waters of the Wyomissing creek.  This program will be presented by The Reading Public Museum, Berks Nature, as well as other community partners.
