Discover one of the Brandywine Valley’s most spectacular holiday showcases as The Reading Public Museum travels to see Yuletide at Winterthur! This amazing showcase embraces the warmth and festivity of the season. Guests will enjoy a magnificent holiday tour of Henry Francis du Pont’s mansion with its breathtaking trees and dazzling room displays.  Guests will also have the opportunity to visit the blockbuster exhibit Costuming THE CROWN.  From the dazzling gold of Queen Elizabeth’s coronation robe to the simple sophistication of Princess Margaret’s wedding dress, from the majesty of royal crowns and tiaras to the comfort of clothes worn in private family moments, Costuming THE CROWN will feature 40 iconic costumes from the beloved Emmy® award-winning Netflix series, a dramatized history of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.  Guests will also have the opportunity to view the special exhibition Hamilton & Burr: Who wrote their stories? This exhibit picks up where Lin-Manuel Miranda’s musical left off and examines how Alexander Hamilton’s and Burr’s legacies were shaped by other Founding Fathers, a wife, a daughter, historical documents, and yes, even an enormously successful, modern-day musical.  Guests will enjoy a private dining experience at The Pavilion Restaurant
