Arboretum Movie Series: “The Sand Lot”
Enjoy a magical evening under the stars with Movie Nights in the Arboretum, where nature and cinema come together for a relaxed, family-friendly experience. Guests are invited to bring blankets or lawn chairs and settle into a beautiful outdoor setting as the sun sets and the film begins. Surrounded by the sights and sounds of the arboretum, this program offers a unique way to connect with the community, unwind, and enjoy a carefully selected lineup of films suitable for all ages.
Our September movie in our 2026 series is “The Sand Lot.” In the summer of 1962, a new kid in town is taken under the wing of a young baseball prodigy and his rowdy team, resulting in many adventures.
Come early to save your seat! If the weather does not cooperate, we will move inside to the Museum’s Auditorium.
While this event is free, concessions will be sold. Any additional donations will help us to continue these types of free community programs.
