Non-Profit Community Organization Pass Program

The Non-Profit Community Organization Pass allows staff from community service organizations to bring small groups of participants to The Museum and/or the Neag Planetarium for free visits

What’s the Non-Profit Community Organization Pass?

A Non-Profit Community Organization Pass provides free Museum and/or Neag Planetarium visits for small groups of non-profit community organizations’ staff and accompanying participants.

The Non-Profit Community Organization Pass differs from The Museum’s Library Pass program in that organization employees must accompany their participants. The Pass cannot be borrowed from the organization for independent use. The Pass is meant to facilitate small group visits for organizations that provide day-long and residential care and services.

Passes can be purchased for only The Museum ($225), only The Planetarium ($225), or both ($400).

The Pass is valid for one year and is good for free general admission during public open hours for at least 1 organization staff member (ID required) and up to 4 accompanying individuals (adults or children) per trip. At least 1 organization staff member must accompany a group on every visit. The Pass cannot be borrowed from the organization for individual use. This pass cannot be used for before/after-hours visits, private group tours, or special events. Limit 1 pass per organization, and one group per day.
