Noon Year’s Eve
Many New Year's Eve celebrations will last late into the night, but not everyone can stay up late. A few places in Berks County held special afternoon celebrations so that kids could take part in welcoming 2020. All About Impressionists

The show examines the sometimes complex relationship between French Impressionism of the 1870s and 80s and the American interpretation of the style in the decades that followed.
