Reading Eagle – RPM Designated a Certified Autism Center
The Reading Public Museum is the first museum in Pennsylvania to be designated an autism-friendly museum. The International Board of Credentials and Continuing Education Standards recently designated the museum a certified autism center, according to a news release from the museum.
WFMZ – RPM Designated a Certified Autism Center
The Reading Public Museum has earned the distinction of becoming Berks County's first destination and Pennsylvania's first museum to be designated as a Certified Autism Center by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES).
Wedding Duck Crasher!
Completing the wedding trifecta, we hosted a Sunday ceremony today in Perennial Garden. The weather was perfect, the couple prepared (with bug spray, fans, and cold water!) and the vows brought everyone to tears. Congratulations, Angel and Nicole!
Fall Exhibition Line Up

Born On This Day — John French Sloan – August 2, 1871
John French Sloan was born and raised in Lock Haven, PA on Augusts 2, 1871. Many of his works, including The Hairdresser’s Window, The Picnic Ground, and The Haymarket wereinspired by his hometown.
