individual cultures. This gallery includes selections
from the local Lenape, the peoples of the plains,

Description: Explore the civilizations of the
Aztec, Maya, Inca and Nazca through the objects
in this gallery. This newly designed gallery also
features objects related to the Day of the Dead
and the ancient MesoAmerican ballgame.

Rocks, and Fossils (Earth Science Gallery

and fossils displayed in this gallery.
Island Cultures (Pacific Islands Gallery
– 1st Floor)
Description: Travel to the other side of the earth
to learn about the unique island cultures such
as Hawaii, Australia, the Pacific Islands, and
the Philippines.

Description: This gallery shows examples of the
various traditions in European art including religious,
history, genre and portrait painting; sculpture

Description: The 19th century gave rise to some
of the most important movements in art. Discover
the Museum’s collection which includes paintings
from the Barbizon school as well as the Impressionists
