Museum’s permanent galleries and special
exhibitions. Programs designed to compliment the

Story
Thursdays
On the first and third Thursday of each month,
the Department of Lifelong Learning staff offers
a story reading, brief tour and hands-on activity
for ages 4 and 5. Cost: $5 per participating child.
Parents/chaperones are free. (Check the Museum
calendar for program dates titles)

Exhibition Guides
Families can explore the Museum’s galleries
(and Arboretum) at their own pace with our family-friendly
gallery guides. Guides are available in the Museum’s
Atrium.

Learning Gallery
Come and see the Museum’s newest space:
the Family Learning Gallery. Located on the ground
floor, the Family Learning Gallery will be transformed
in conjunction with the Museum’s special
exhibitions.

Knowledge
Bring a brown bag lunch, and a friend, and join
RPM for its lunchtime lecture series. Lectures
run September through June on the first Tuesday
of each month.

The Museum offers lectures on special topics in
art, science and civilization throughout the year.

After Five
Join us and your friends on special Fridays from
5:30 - 8:00 p.m. for a fun-filled evening of art,
culture, music, food and more! It's THE place
to meet after work to kick off your weekend in
