The reviews are in...

The staff at the Reading Public Museum were extraordinary in the wedding planning process. From day one, we were accommodated and made to feel important. [The staff] was available for all of our questions and concerns to help us feel reassured along the way. Once the day of the wedding arrived, everything was taken care of without interrupting the joy of getting ready with our closest friends and family. [The staff’s] experience and expertise helped us pick out the most beautiful options for set up and timeline. It was an amazing overall experience.

Everything was beautiful there. The staff was awesome—the setup crew could not have been nicer, the security guard was excellent and the Events staff was so helpful in every way. Looking forward to next year!

Tower Health event held October 2018

My husband and I could not be happier we chose to have our wedding reception at the Stone Terrace Tent at the Reading Public Museum! The surrounding creek, gardens, and trees make a beautiful backdrop throughout the evening and in your pictures. Besides the setting itself, the staff at The Museum was a pleasure to work with! From my very first inquiry, [the staff] was incredibly responsive and helpful. Throughout the planning process this remained true. They are true professionals and work very hard to make the planning process easy and your wedding day perfect!

Thanks so much for everything your group did for our party! Many of my guests talked about how nice their greeting was from everyone working at The Museum. The gallery was perfect – and EVERYONE loved the venue! All of our guests had a wonderful time.

Milestone Birthday Party held November 2018

We can’t thank the staff enough for their expert planning and flexibility when it came to our wedding day. Even with the weather issues we faced this past summer, they made the process easy and worry free. Our guests had an amazing time in The Planetarium for the reception after our Arboretum ceremony. Many have told us they wish they could do the whole day over again, and so do we!

The Planetarium is a “ready-to-go” space that does not need a lot of decoration. The staff and security are helpful and friendly—we feel cared for and privileged to hold our event in such a lovely place. Perfect size for our group and the projections create excitement and memories.
